Cara Membuat Ayam Panggang Lada Hitam




Bahan-Bahan :
4 potong paha ayam bagian atas (tanpa tulang)
1 batang daun bawang, iris halus

Bahan Bumbu:
2 sendok makan minyak sayur
1 siung bawang putih, cincang
3 butir bawang merah, cincang
2 sendok makan Saus Tiram
2 sendok makan Seasoing
1 sendok makan saus cabai botolan
1½ sendok teh lada hitam, memarkan agak halus

Cara Membuat:

1. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga layu.
2. Tambahkan sisa bahan lainnya, aduk hingga mendidih. Angkat.sisahkan dahulu

1. Lumuri daging ayam dengan Bumbu hingga rata. Diamkan selama 30 menit.
2. Taruh daging ayam dalam pinggan tahan panas.
3. Taburi daun bawang.
4. Panggang dalam oven panas 180 C, selama 30 menit.
5. Setelah 15 menit dipanggang, balikkan ayam dan panggang kembali hingga agak kering dan matang.
6. Angkat, potong-potong, sajikan.

inggredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 hot pepper, finely chopped
1 tin tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
4 bay leaves
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped

How to Make:

1. Saute onions, peppers, chilies, tomatoes, salt, tomato paste, and olive oil. Once wilted, pour in the hot dish.
2. Make the holes, then break the eggs one by one into a hole. Cover eggs with bay leaves.
3. Bake for 30 minutes, remove and sprinkle parsley.
4. Serve warm. ready to eat.

Cara Membuat Udang Goreng Petai




Bahan :
1/2 kg udang
100 gr cabe merah
10 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
10 papan petai,tergantung selera seberapa bnyk
2 buah tomat
garam, gula pasir secukupnya

Cara membuat :
Udang dibersihkan, dibuang kepalanya, sisihkan
Petai dikupas kulitnya, digoreng sebentar
haluskan semua bumbu bumbu
Goreng hingga harum, masukkan petai dan udang.masak selama +-3menit
Aduk hingga bercampur rata kemudian angkat ,siap disajikan

Ingredients

* 1 (12 ounce) jar apricot preserves
* 1/4 cup prepared Dijon-style mustard
* 1 teaspoon curry powder
* 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
* 1,1/2 cup coarsely chopped cashews
How To Make:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Combine the preserves, mustard and curry powder in a large skillet and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until preserves are completely melted and smooth.
3. Place cashews in a shallow dish or bowl. Dip chicken breasts in skillet sauce, then roll in nuts to coat and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
4. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 to 30 minutes. Boil any remaining sauce and serve on the side with the baked chicken.ready to eat.

How To Make Banana Sour Cream Bread





Ingredients

* 1/4 cup white sugar
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 3/4 cup butter
* 3 cups white sugar
* 3 eggs
* 6 very ripe bananas, mashed
* 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 3 teaspoons baking soda
* 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

How To Make:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease four 7x3 inch loaf pans. In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Dust pans lightly with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
2. In a large bowl, cream butter and 3 cups sugar. Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix in salt, baking soda and flour. Stir in nuts. Divide into prepared pans.
3. Bake for 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

How To Make Duck Breasts With Rasberry Sauce





Ingredients

* 5 duck breast halves
* 2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
* 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
* 4 teaspoons demerara sugar
* 1/2 cup red wine
* 1/4 cup creme de cassis liqueur
* 1 teaspoon cornstarch
* 4 ounces raspberries

How TO Make:

1. Preheat oven on broiler setting. Use a fork to score the duck breasts through the skin and fat but not all the way through to the meat.
2. Heat a large heavy skillet on medium high. Fry the duck breasts skin side down, until the skin browns and fat runs out, about 10 minutes. Remove the breasts from the pan, and pour off most of the fat. Return breasts to pan, and fry skin side up for another 10 minutes. Remove breasts from pan, and allow to rest on a baking sheet. Mix all sugar,salt,cinnamon Ingredients together and sprinkle over the skin of the duck breasts. Pour most of the fat out of the frying pan.
3. Mix together the red wine, cassis, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Pour into the pan, and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce is thickened. Add raspberries, and simmer for another minute until heated through.
4. Broil the duck breasts skin side up, until the sugar begins to caramelize. Slice the duck breasts thinly, pour a little sauce over the top, and serve warm.nd ready to eat...

Ingredients
Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup light-brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Pinch salt
4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 cup chopped pecans
Filling:
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2-inch wedges (10 cups)
Vanilla ice cream (optional),depend you want.

How To Make:
1. Coat 2- to 4-quart slow-cooker bowl with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
2. Topping: In a small bowl, mix together flour, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add butter; work into flour mixture using a pastry blender or fingers until coarse crumbs form. Stir in pecans and set aside.
3. Filling: In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, ginger and cinnamon. Stir in apples; toss to coat.
